We want you to be completely happy with your order, and will gladly accept returns for exchange or refund within thirty days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by the original packaging and invoice. Refunds will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please use the online Contact page to send us a message and we will send you a return authorization and the shipping procedure by email.


All David Wysor pieces are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year after purchase. All items returned within thirty days of purchase will replaced, after thirty days the item will be repaired. Charges may apply for repairs to pieces more than one year old. This warranty does not apply to items damaged by accident, abuse or neglect.


After wearing, wipe your jewelry with a soft cloth and store your jewelry separately in a jewelry box or pouches.

Soft detergent and water may be used to clean your jewelry, but cleaning solutions and jewelry polish are not recommended.

If you should ever need to have your David Wysor jewelry refinished, please contact us online, and we will be happy to assist you.
